About the Role: 

The Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) is responsible for implementing and supervising compliant temporary traffic management at work sites to ensure the safety of workers, road users, and the public.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Read, interpret, and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).

  • Install and manage temporary traffic management systems on-site.

  • Supervise and coordinate traffic control teams.

  • Ensure all traffic management activities comply with required standards and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Current practising STMS qualification (Category A, B, or C).

  • Sound knowledge of CoPTTM (Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management).

  • Experience supervising traffic management operations on civil or infrastructure sites.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
