About the Role:
The Site Manager leads and supports the ground team to deliver works safely, efficiently, and in line with CCL specifications, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate site activities.

Lead, support, and review team performance.

Conduct daily toolbox meetings and communicate work plans.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

Monitor work progress to ensure quality and project timelines are met.
Skills and Experience

Relevant Level 4 qualification in a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Sound knowledge of health and safety practices in construction or infrastructure environments.
