Multi-Skilled Operator – Civil/Roading

Get hands-on and help shape the roads we drive on.
We're seeking experienced operators to support key infrastructure and civil works projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and brooms

  • Supporting ground preparation, concreting, trenching, and drainage work

  • Performing site tasks such as levelling, digging, and grading

  • Following site safety protocols and accurately executing site plans

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience operating excavators, rollers, and brooms (essential)

  • Background in civil construction or road maintenance

  • Able to pass a drug test

  • MOJ convictions considered on a case-by-case basis
